9:10 a.m.    Keynote: Attributes for Successful Leadership with Dr. Merle Herndon,
                  Lynchburg City Schools

9:30 a.m.    Break

9:40 a.m.    Part I: Leadership Through Teamwork w/Dr. Sally Selden, Director of Management Programs, 
                  Lynchburg College

10:45 a.m.  Break with light refreshments (beverages and fruit or some kind of snack)

10:55 a.m.  Part II: Leadership Through Teamwork w/Dr. Sally Selden
